The current conditions of sale detailed herewith have been in part drawn up by Anne-Claire Pungier, self-employed designer of the Confetti-pop brand here in the UK and residing at 544 Streetsbrook Road Solihull B91 1RD and hereafter referred to as Confetti Pop – and also by any person/s wishing to make a purchase from the internet website https//confetti-pop.com – hereafter referred to as the purchaser.
NB the seller is not VAT registered
These conditions of sale are intended to describe the conditions of contract between Confetti Pop and the purchaser, and these conditions are applicable to any purchase made via the Confetti Pop website, whether the purchaser be a professional or an individual.
Features of goods and services offered
The purchasing of goods via this website implies an acceptance, without restriction or reservation on the part of the purchaser, of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale will take precedence over any other conditions whether general or specific which are not expressly approved by Confetti Pop in writing. Confetti Pop reserves the right to change these conditions of sale at any time and without prior notice to the purchaser. In this case the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the purchaser’s order.
The products and services offered are as listed in the catalogue published on the Confetti Pop website. These products and services are available while stocks last. The photographs in the catalogue are as accurate as possible but an exact likeness, size or colour cannot be guaranteed.
The prices which appear in the catalogue are inclusive of VAT in euros but are exclusive of delivery charges. They are also available in pounds sterling. The purchaser is free to choose the currency of choice by clicking on the currency tab on the left hand side of each page.
By choosing to pay on-line in a currency which differs to that of the purchaser’s bank account, the purchaser agrees to bear all currency conversion costs and charges applied, at the daily rate which will vary accordingly.
The delivery costs borne by the purchaser are in addition to the sale price of items purchased. In all cases, the purchaser will be informed of all additional costs prior to confirmation of the order, and payment will be requested for the total amount of the purchase ; including the delivery costs.
Confetti Pop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time – however the catalogue price showing on the day of purchase will be the only one applicable to the purchaser.
Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
Should you wish to cancel or modify your purchase order you must contact Confetti Pop Customer Services’ Department as soon as possible, either by email at email@example.com or indeed by phone on +44 7872 409233, to ensure that your order has not yet been processed.
If however your order has already been processed and shipped then it can no longer been modified or cancelled.
Non commercial/private purchasers have fourteen days from receipt of order in which to exchange or return the order to receive a full refund – less return shipping costs. Items must be returned unworn, complete and in the original packaging for a full refund. Items returned which are incomplete, have been worn, damaged or soiled by purchasers will not be accepted for refund.
All personalised orders cannot be refunded or exchanged other than in the case of a manufacturing defect or design error. Please email at firstname.lastname@example.org to exchange or request a full refund.
All orders will be sent to the delivery address detailed by the purchaser on the on-line order form and to the designated country. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check all delivery details at the time of ordering and to ensure that a responsible person is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
Parcels can be tracked and signed for.
Once the goods have left Confetti Pop for shipment ; proof of shipment means that all delivery responsibilities then lie with the purchaser. In the event of damage incurred whilst in transit, then any complaint must be made to the carrier within seven days of delivery. Confetti Pop will accept no responsibility for goods received unless signed for personally by the purchaser.

These delivery times are given only as an indication and as detailed by service providers. Delivery times can vary considerably and increase particularly at certain times of the year where there is a marked increase in postal traffic eg – December . If these delivery deadlines are significantly exceeded, then the purchaser should contact the Customer Services Department at Confetti Pop either by phone on +44 7872 409233 l or by email at email@example.com. Confetti Pop will do its best to resolve any issues arising as quickly as possible.
In certain overseas departments and territories – as in other countries outside the EU, customs fees may be applicable locally for all deliveries. These additional costs are to be the responsibility of the purchaser and not the responsibility of Confetti Pop. Please also note that such deliveries may incur longer delivery times.
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller Confetti Pop for exchange or refund. All such complaints, exchange requests or refunds must be made within 30 days of receipt by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Confetti Pop will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the failure of the Internet network, such as : loss of data, intrusion, virus or any other incident which remains completely outside the company’s control.

In case of dispute
These online conditions are subject to English Law. In the event of a dispute, all matters will initially be subject to arbitration regardless of the number of claimants or nature of the waranty claim.
